Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Non-returnable items

• Custom engravings or personalized items
• Gift cards
• Clearance or “Final Sale” items
• Used or damaged knives for safety reasons

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
