Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

International Shipping & Customs

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees, where applicable.

  • Blade Frenzy is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border procedures.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed:

  • Contact us if tracking shows no movement for over 7 days

If your package is lost:

  • We will open an inquiry with the shipping carrier

  • Replacement or refund will be issued based on carrier confirmation

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Include photos of the packaging and the item
    We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
